In Store Purchaes: We are happy to refund your Selvig Jewelers purchase within 15 days of your original date of purchase. For in-store purchases please take the item back to Selvig Jewelers for a refund. We will only mail out checks even for cash purchases. If the item was paid with a check we will need to insure the check clears before mailing a refund check, the usual time for an average refund time is 2 weeks from the time we receive back the item. Items paid with a credit card will be credit upon receiving the item for a refund.

Exchanges: We will gladly exchange any item, except Special Orders and custom orders, towards any item of equal or Greater value.

Please return your purchase via the U.S. Postal Service. Be sure to insure the package for the amount you paid and send it Return Receipt Requested. NOTE: It is your responsibility to insure the item when shipping back.

Special Orders Are Non-Refundable: If an item was ordered for you with your consent, specially ordered for you, sized to you or to fit your diamond or gemstone, than the item is not Refundable. We may be able to exchange the item for a different item in stock; this is on a case-by-case basis.

Custom Orders Are Non Refundable: Custom orders are items, we create with your specific desire to have a style of jewelry we don't have in stock, therefore we cannot take the item back. We work diligently with our master designers to create an item as close to what your expectations are, we will remake a piece of jewelry if it doesn't meet the expectations we have covered with you at the time of order.

To get your full refund, simply return your purchase to us, undamaged, within 15 days of receiving the merchandise. Upon receipt of the returned item we will credit your account.

Shipping Information: Orders placed by 3pm CST will usually ship within 2 business days, from the date you order. This is true for Monday thru Friday, does not include Saturdays or Holidays. We ship all 2nd day Air.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our refund policy is within 15 days, you'll receive a full refund, minus any shipping expense. After 15 days, a full instore credit up to 30 days. Any item that is returned for a refund will be charged a 15% restocking fee pluse postage. Full refunds will be processed after item/items are received in 2 days. If an order has been placed and is canceled, there is a 15% restocking fee plus shipping. Enter details of your refund, return, or cancellation policies (if any). Provide instructions for when and how buyers can get a refund, return merchandise, or cancel an order. Review the refund policy of other stores to get an idea of the different approaches and then create the policy that works best for your store.
